1st Tretorn kiosk in the PH opens in TriNoma
September 27, 2019
A Swedish heritage brand that has been around for 125 years now, Tretorn first introduced its iconic shoes in 1967 – the Nylite. Thanks to famous tennis player Bjorn Borg, who began sporting the pair on and off the court, Tretorn’s classic and versatile range of footwear soon became a staple among athletes and everyday people.
Today, Tretorn remains rooted in tradition yet always fresh and updated for modern individuals. In its bid to appeal to connect with the younger crowd and expand its reach, Tretorn makes a spirited comeback with the launch of its very own kiosk in TriNoma. This is the brand’s first-ever kiosk in the Philippines housing only Tretorn products.
On its grand opening last August 24 in TriNoma, Tretorn teamed up with trailblazing streetwear brand Don’t Blame the Kids, also known as DBTK, for the event. The collaboration resulted in a t-shirt that embodies the qualities that DBTK and Tretorn have in common: classic, fun, and outgoing.
The limited-edition t-shirts were exclusively available during the event but only with a purchase of a Tretorn pair. The grand launch also featured special guests including the founders of DBTK, Emil and Vince Javier, RR “Burpeenator” Bolando, Dee Gee Razon, and Mastermind.
Timeless and simply stylish, Tretorn is all about authenticity and functionality. Infusing premium features and modern upgrades to its classic silhouettes, Tretorn is no doubt a go-to brand of choice for of-the-moment shoes that are made to withstand the hustle and bustle of active city living.
