Fox Racing hosts Helmet Turnover and Bike Safety Talk

In order to promote the importance of Bike Safety, Fox Racing held an event last August 29 at R.O.X. (Recreational Outdoor eXchange) in Bonifacio High Street. During the event, guests learned all about different biking helmets and their distinct uses, as well as tips on finding the perfect helmet fit.

However, the highlight of the event was the turnover of helmets to Bikes for the Philippines. A local organization that provides bikes to students in remote areas who need to walk long distances just to get to school, Bikes for the Philippines is the ideal beneficiary for Fox Racing’s advocacy.

Last July 20, Fox Racing celebrated the #RideMTBDay with the rest of the world. During the festivities, attendees were invited to trade in their helmet in exchange for a chance to avail of the Buy 1 Get 1 promo on all helmets. The helmets that Fox Racing accumulated that day tallied 35 helmets. At the event, Fox Racing donated these helmets for the kids supported by Bikes for the Philippines.

There’s no doubt that Fox Racing is rooted in its fearless and competitive spirit. Yet in line with its philosophy that always puts the rider at the center of all its developments, Fox Racing champions the value of biking safety and proper protection. Through this event, Fox Racing hopes to raise awareness in the biking community about the importance of choosing the right biking helmet.
